Terms of use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms apply to the Menstruacion app and this website, provided by Helping Heart LLC, 8 The Grn Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Not medical advice, not birth control

Menstruacion helps you keep track of your cycle. Its predictions of periods, fertile days and ovulation are estimates based on the information you enter, and they can be wrong, especially when cycles are irregular. The app doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and isn't a substitute for a doctor. Don't use it as a method of contraception or to decide on medical treatment. If you have symptoms that worry you, talk to a health professional.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Your data

Your logs stay on your phone and remain yours. You're responsible for keeping your phone secure and for turning on a backup if you want one; if you lose your phone or delete the app without a backup, we can't recover your data, because we never had it. See our privacy policy.

Premium

The calendar, predictions and reminders are free. Premium adds extra features and is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Changes to the app

We may update, change or discontinue features. If we ever stop offering the app, you can still export your data from it.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including unplanned pregnancy, health outcomes or data loss, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date below, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
